Chaos (2)

Within a couple of minutes, a nurse walked in to start the Zhang heiress on a drip, once she was done, she took her leave. Outside there was a brief discussion taking place between the doctor and Zhang Mi's guardian, it was agreed that she was to be wheeled to the VIP ward once her condition was stable.

Few hours after, the hospital guard which had been called in earlier together with the other bodyguards, forcefully paved the way for the Zhang heiress to be wheeled out through the horde of overly excited people, straight into the ambulance towards the main entrance into Shupei Medical.

A sea of press team stood outside the entrance of the imposing building, making it difficult for those who wanted to get in. They tried to get close to where she was, but the guards forcefully shoved them to the side.

Zhang Mi still sedated on the hospital bed was wheeled through glass doors, the wheels rolled on the spotless marble floor, not falling too far behind was her group of bodyguards, other guards, and personal driver.

The people that saw them pass by, began whispering against the palm if their hand, one to the other. Cell phones was pointed in their direction as pictures of them was indiscriminately taken.

On getting to where the metallic silver elevator was, there was a small crowd of people waiting just in front of it, on seeing the type of people that arrived, they made room at the front of each elevators. All four elevators still had people inside, one of the paramedic impatiently tapped at the cream arrow button by the wall of the elevator, the count down to the ground floor was getting closer until finally one of them opened, with a couple of people walking out of it. Skillfully, the bed was wheeled in on both ends by male paramedics. On getting in, the eighth floor was punched after the doors slid shut with the occupants inside, a few seconds after, its door slid open, as Zhang Mi was wheeled to the right, straight pass two door before stopping in front of a stainless metal door, whose four digit key code was punched in. When the door's handle was pulled open, she was wheeled close to a queen size bed, and transferred onto the bed, carefully placing her drip and monitor connected probe on her.

No one expected the loud banging on the door a few minutes after the young miss was settled in.

"I need to see my niece! Zhang Mi! Zhang Mi! it's Big Aunt Xiyuan!"

Fei Xiyuan struggled against the guards by the door, when she saw that none of them was willing to let her in, she raised her hand and slapped the one that tightly gripped her by the other wrist. A deep red mark formed by the side of the man's face, there was a glint that appeared momentarily in his eyes.

"What do want to do? Hit me if you dare!"

Fei Xiyuan screamed angrily at the man, while all this was going on, reporters had already made their way upstairs to where they were. Gleeful taking a close-up shot at all that was going on. They all zoomed in on the petite attractive looking raven-haired woman, dressed in high-end navy-blue gown.

"Get a hold of yourself, Madam Fei! The young miss has not yet gained consciousness, your action is putting her in danger!"

The man spoke through gritted teeth, while addressing the supposed Aunt of the Zhang heiress. His hand still tightly held hers, both staring each other hard in the face.

Some of the reporters drew closer to where the fight was taking place, wanting to put their calculative move into motion.

"Madam Fei, you claim to be the Aunt of Miss Zhang, but we haven't known you to be associated with her."

The statement from one the reporters sparked a blind rage within her, "You! How dare you speak to me that way?! The only reason why I'm here is to be by my niece's side, I am related to her from her father's side!"

Red faced; she spoke angrily at the male reporter that dared to question the motive behind showing up to see Zhang Mi.

When she saw that they all began laughing at her. Overcome by embarrassment she forcefully yanked her hand from the grasp of the bodyguard, storming out of the place. The loud angry click of her silver heels could be heard echoing for a while down the hall.

On seeing their potential lead had just walked away, the rest of the reporters kept trying to get the bodyguards by the door to talk, but to no avail as each was very tight lipped.

While all the commotion that was taking place, the medical staff inside continued to discuss with the other occupants in the room.

"Miss Zhang should expect to be discharged sometime tomorrow."

After the attending male doctor said this, he made his way towards the door along with the other medical staff. Pushing the door open they all walked straight into the sea of reporters standing close by the door.
