The law of the development of all things in this world was somewhat similar to a board game called Jungle. Elephants were on a higher tier compared to lions, and that applied down the chain from lions to tigers, tigers to leopards, leopards to wolves, wolves to cats and cats to mice. Mice, however, were able to devour elephants.

State-of-the-art aircraft missiles could not easily triumph in guerilla warfare. So was it too with high-tech industries. They simply could not develop in big cities. Even the real estate industry, which had almost no technical content, could suffocate the high-tech industry.

There were many other similar examples.

This was the balance in the law of nature. Nothing could exist invincibly. If one desired to maintain competitiveness and never weaken, one could only constantly adjust themselves to be able to perpetually lodge in a comfortable environment.
