A thick scent of blood filled the area as light rays filled the room. They were black and white, traversing like sword light as they pierced through the head of many Unfettered Ice Fiends, killing them in an instant.

Oppressive undulations churned, and the entire path to the cave was adorned with hundreds of them lying lifeless yet still grinning like crazy fiends.

At this moment, two of them landed on one of the Unfettered Ice Fiends' dead bodies and narrowed their gazes into the distance. Light reflected off their eyes and flashed back into their pupils, causing one of them to narrow their eyes.

"Strange." A melodious voice echoed, "How come they keep ambushing us in droves? According to the reward constraints, there should be no more than ten thousand of them."

"True." A stern voice resounded, "Isn't this our four thousandth kill? The others should've also been able to kill thousands. Are they never-ending?"
