Journeymen: Wandering Summons in the Apocalypse (Discontinued)
"The Empire doesn't need you! Begone!"
Rejected by their respective summoning cities, seven heroes form Journeymen, a whimsical society which aims to traverse across the land in search of the elusive Ice Emperor.

The story begins with the Journeymen's scribe, Seikishi Murasakibara─an impulsive vampire who turns suicidal after reading Osamu Dazai's No Longer Human.
Before being summoned and hailed the hero of Grandise Kingdom, he thinks his life is bland to the death: he feels imperfect that the only cause he comes up with is the "lack of adventure" in his rather peaceful world.
"If I die, would I be reincarnated as a human?"
As a test, he walks out into the summer sun and when the world grants his unconscious and destructive wish, he suddenly realizes how the world is unkind towards all lives and that he must once again evaporate under the sun. The hindrance to this plan is─the whole world is frozen and the sun has never peeked for years in resignation to the Snow Emperor's reign or terror.
He must defeat the supervillain in order to die again, but he's unable to accept the ideologies of the kingdom: he rebels against his benefactors to the point he is branded a traitor.
Then having underestimated the military might of Grandise Kingdom, he runs for his life across the frigid lands... by some strange coincidence, he is found by the seven Journeymen whose on their way to take the Snow Emperor's head.
