In this novel, the MC is a villain. But, by villain, do you mean actual villain? Like the sadistic, narcissistic and demonic ones? Or, just someone who ended up inside a villain, doesn't do bad things but does it when it is necessary?

Giving it 5 stars for two reasons. 1. This is written by you. 2. The setting is in a superhero world. I love anything related to superheroes, vigilante, hidden identity and all that shit. Also. Hope you are doing well.

I am liking your story. But, I firmly believe that introducing monsters, superhumans and the so called Federation at such a early stage was a mistake. You should have taken your time to stabilize the MC as a Batman like character first, maybe in the first 50 or 100 chapters. Flush out the world, the city and what not. Then, Viola, monsters, superhumans, magic and the Federation. All exists.
