No it's not. Only players that were absolute addict got to Divine tier. Having an NPC wearing an entire Legendary set is already pretty crazy.

Teion and Kouon are more used for temperature (低温, 高温) but it fits for what you want I guess (低音, 高音)? Though I thought first about temperature change ability and not about sound waves. If you want more traditional words for classical Japanese music (usually for Japanese flute or Shamisen) there is Otsu (乙) for low and Kan (甲) for High. You can add On (音) at the end if you want people that know Japanese to identify what it's about cause it's a bit obscure.
