I think I understand what you mean. I should've tried to make it clear that the MC doesn't do everything perfectly in this stage. What I want to highlight in the early part of the story is that the MC is still amateur with his clairvoyance ability as his advantage. His technique is clumsy and he hesitates a lot to use his body, but he knows his only job is to protect the goal, and he will do everything to fulfil that. Anyway, thank you for pointing that out!
