You know I thought what Haku did stopped his heart for bit I mean didn’t Kakashi check his pulse to see if he was dead and thought he died since he felt no heart beat or did Haku make it so Z heart was still beating but just incrediblely slowly that when Kakashi went to check his plus he couldn’t detect it.

No it doesn’t but since it’s fueled by chakra instead of cursed energy it might have mutated or something that allows him to have X-ray vision.
