I can tell you didn't read up to the chapter thats explained(1) so i'll use an analogy, dungeon masters are game designers, adventurers are players. Clear enough? adventurers are immortal fun-seeking beings, they don't mind dying as long as it's fun DM's get crystals from dead adventurers, since they respawn, as long as your game is good enough, you can thousands from just one immortal, I have read HALF of chapter 1 so some of this might be wrong.
Gooooodby again
Haalo again
The Runesmith is one of my favourites, the current POSTER has made it clear it isn't theirs, so no reason to review bomb it, just give the first couple chapters a shot and if you like it, maybe read the original, or don't, i'm not the boss
Are the chapter's still randomized? no ones answering and i don't want to read only to realize its still a mishmash ??????????????????????????????????
A lot of skill names/uses are missing, if i had to guess they were surrounded by with <> instead of [], and when copy and pasted too many times anything between <> will be removed as it's used in coding, like <p></p> for paragraphs, so it'll hide all text between <and>, (I just found this out while trying to show it but i had to use () instead of & or it just posts as < and >, give it a shot) ()lt;and()gt; , when copied and pasted will become <and> , when copy and pasted will become ,(when copy and pasted into certain sections and websites, especially if its formated for bolded(<b> or <strong>) or Italicized words (<i> or <em>), if you bold a word and then post it, and check the website data, it'll more than likely have 1 of the 2 around it. Same with Italics
Did you miss a chapter?
F the first like 15 lines, heres my take: Nicolas looked at their faces, and suddenly, inspiration struck. "Sacrifices! No, Lifeforce... that's whats missing," Nicolas exclaimed, "The lake was built to feed on lifeforce, human lifeforce, it's basically an inferi factory, converting human lifeforce to dark magic, if we want to keep it stable, besides the environment, we need to provide it the right 'nutrients.'" "Well…" Newt looked troubled. He wanted to say it was wrong but knew his words would have no effect, so he tried another approach. "Nicolas, this doesn't feel right. The environment we're building won't even suit human survival. It's already hard enough for wizards, let alone ordinary people, even if they move in they won't last long." "What's the problem?" Nicolas waved it off casually. "There's always criminals who'd do anything to survive, as long as the supply is stable. You can have as many as you want. When their bodies hit the limit, just wipe their memories and release them. No need to worry so much." Nicolas was a very traditional wizard. After all, when you had lived for over six hundred years, no one could reasonably expect you to change your way of thinking in old age. Tom didn't object, and Newt didn't know what else to say. Newt was still too simple. With something as terrifying as the Golden Apple, how could Nicolas allow even the slightest risk of information leaking out? The moment those people left the pocket world, they would probably be sent straight into his laboratory.
