He's doing it for his father. Most of his actions are motivated by what his father will think of him, or what he, himself, would do.

There's a misunderstanding, All for One indeed killed Endeavor. If you see Endeavor afterwards talking to Shoto, it's just because Shoto is using his Genjutsu abilities on his own self so he can cope with the fact that his father is dead. The whole thing with Katsuki is that he announces to Shoto that, while Endeavor was dying from his wounds, the Commission decided to not send him a doctor and save his life ; that's why Shoto decided to raze the Commission to the ground, because they could've saved his father but didn't. But here's the plot twist : Endeavor was dead before All for One ever left. The Commission could've done nothing. Katsuki believed a lie Nezu told him, so that Shoto would destroy the Commission for Nezu. Otherwise thanks for your nice comment, glad you enjoyed the story !

I think it sounds like a fanfic but absolutely not the kind of stuff I'd write. I've grown to dislike any sort of 'cheats' the MC could have and now more of a 'grind obsessed' kind of writer. Although you seem to have thought a lot about this fanfic idea, so I'd be happy to read it if you write it.
