Not really. That might be something fanon. While Kakashi has mastery over all natures, it was never stated that he had an affinity for all natures or that it ran in his family, or that this is what made their family so strong. Hatakes weren't strong... heck, we don't know any more than two Hatakes so it can't even be assumed that they were THAT strong... for all we know, they might not even be a proper shinobi clan, just a father with the the family name Hatake who had a child.
