But isn't it the same for Haki ? isn't conqueror Haki something you need to be born with to awaken later in life and if not you'll never get it . My point is chakra have a higher power ceiling than Haki and I think you already agreed on that but the progressions difficulty is a bit easier in Haki which I agree a bit with I guess.

I strongly disagree , chakra wins every time ,there's nothing chakra cant do from body enhancement to reviving people and creating moons .While haki can do what ? body enhancement and bootleg spider-sense ? and you cant talk about chakra birthright when haki users are so rare compared to the world in general and the only ones worth mentioning are the titular characters . So no , chakra all the way.

I thought having captain Americas template will give him more abilitie usage because of the massively increased stamina but nope. Having him using his abilities more than once in a fight is too OP I guess
