But authors often underestimate the butterfly effect—simply because sticking to the established plot is more convenient and easier. However, re-reading the story gets boring very quickly. And as for the power aspect... I’ve never liked how magic is handled in MT. To be honest, I don't like Rudeus; he has the mindset of a weakling. Magic in MT basically boils down to: "I'm going to pour an absurd amount of mana into this projectile made of *[insert element]* and hurl it at my enemy." Like I said in my comment, Rudeus became a Saint-rank Water Mage at five, and he was still a Saint-rank mage at seventy.

I hope you don't take offense. But by exposing your story to an audience, you run the risk of receiving criticism. By the way, I hope you have a great day.

Why have him speak in short sentences or answer with just one word? Sorry, but Saitama isn't a dog up for adoption. Don't treat him like an idiot in this story; he isn't one. He’s apathetic, sure, but he isn't completely devoid of emotion. He’s coming across like a dull robot. And if you're trying to mimic the humor of *One Punch Man*, it isn't working very well. Don't turn him into Tony Stark's guard dog.

To be honest, I’ve never read a good MT fanfic on this site. And that includes yours so far. Another thing is how little authors explore MT’s power system. Rudeus became a Saint-rank mage at five and remained one at seventy. How about creating spells to even the playing field against warriors? Like magic barriers. He already manipulates gravity, and gravity is just spatial distortion. I’ve always hated how weak mages are in MT; *Frieren* balances its power system much better. Since he has gravity magic, make him fly. I want to see a warrior try to hit him while he’s raining down fire spells from above the clouds. Let’s be honest, author: nobody is here to just re-read MT. Make him fight!

I had my doubts about the latest chapters, both regarding the plot and the decision to go with a harem. To me, the harem itself isn't the problem—it's having the courage to actually commit to it. Have a little more conviction in your own story. Don't let polls or other people's opinions influence your decisions. If you want to do it, then do it. Fortunately, the plot came together. I thought there would be a lot of loose ends left unresolved, but there really weren't. And the reason I keep reading is because of this chapter. I had already noticed in the previous chapters that his symbiote powers were mostly being sidelined, used only as a costume and a convenient plot device. But this chapter explored those powers in a satisfying way. That made me optimistic. So, do what you want to do, not what other people want you to do. In fact, most people think they know what they want... but they're wrong.
