Along the way, he is joined by his wise best friend Shelly the sea snail, the mischievous but loyal dolphin Whiskers, and the sage Captain Ripple, who knows the secrets of the Fast Turtle legend.
As Turbo and his friends uncover the mysteries of the magical shell, they encounter thrilling challenges and make new allies. However, their adventure is not without danger. A dark and ominous figure known as The Shadow seeks the power of the magical shell for his own sinister purposes.
