It's a mediocre attempt to repackage a reincarnation story into something more of a sci-fi. However at the end of the day plenty of plotholes and usual xianxia cliches turn up regularly. The MC is supposed to be a high IQ kid who's woken up after 300 years of hibernation. Instead he behaves like a 50 year old idiot who happens to have some more basic knowledge of science as compared to the tribal post apocalyptic world he is in. The 'villains' are usually meaningless and way laid at every stage. The sub plots rarely connect and the story gets broken into pieces each time just to move the challenge up to a higher level. It feels like a contrived long plot line to somehow take a science nerd and make him a ruthless evil or cruel ruler toward the end of the story. Worth reading in parts without investing too much into the sub-characters. They are all bound to disappear and become fodder for the path.

SUKARedlobster. I got your back. Tell your opinion to the whole world. I'm sick of people bashing others who think most of the sub par novels aren't that great. I'm sorry but a majority of these novels are just not that great writing people. It's the way they are written that makes them sub par. Never let these idiots say your opinion doesn't matter redlobster. If someone doesn't stand up and say this novel isn't that great, then many people will waste their time on it. Thanks for the review bro, I will not be reading this novel.

first of all, mc growing up on a modern society without any bloodshed, basically, the author would use the standard of being a genius on that society. When you have mentioned that he is an IQ kid who grew up on a modern earth society, with his family taking care of his daily needs, what do you expect him to do/act when he found out that he suddenly transported 300 years into the future holding the previous mentality he had? the author had to build up his character slowly. Secondly, I am not agreeing with your thoughts regarding the villains on this novel. You may have looked into it differently but that just explains what your thought process is. If you can give me a novel where you think the ideal villains really exist for you then go. Third, this is the only part where i halfheartedly agrees with you. Though this novel is not as perfect due to how it is being written by the author, it is not as bad as you think it is as well. You are just ungrateful as someone wrote this novel and everyone can read it for free. You having enjoyed the novel as you've mentioned "Worth reading in parts", but not saying anything grateful to the author shows what kind of person you are. And all bull**** future commentors on this post, if you hate a novel, it is your own fault as you have your own will and you have made your decision on your own to read it, so if you ever waste on time thinking something is ****, then you can only blame yourself.

Well that's your mediocre opinion about my review. It's a review and it's my review. It is about my own opinion of the story at hand. Social and mass opinions and likes doesn't matter. This is my view and if your disagree, feel free to disregard and continue to enjoy the story. What part of what I have written bit into your rear? Or what part feels ungrateful? I don't believe I've expressed any hate or abhorrent view. What you take out of it is your own though.

I respect your opinion, my opinion is that there are flaws however the characters behavior is very well done, he behaves like anyone with high intelligence would in his situations and his behavior is cold because he has been through so much. Please give me a novel that gives a better light to genius main leads, not those cultivating geniuses which just level up faster than others, while their actual intelligence is very low, so they solve everything with plot armor. Please give me a novel where the main character is true to his development and doesn't randomly turn into a saint, also no evil leads that have all of these random girls trying to sleep with them, since it makes no sense for every girl to fall for this one guy. I do not mind main characters that rape or commit genocide however they must be truly evil and cannot give excuses for their genocides or rape, like Chu Feng from MGA or Yun Chi from ATG.

I really liked this novel because it was refreshing to see some very real and painful failures the MC had to experience which caused him to grow. That being said, if you find this novel mediocre I’d love to know which ones you really liked. Maybe I’m really missing out on some hidden gems :)
