If I'm to give my honest review then this book is both boring, interesting and contradictory. Boring because there's no story development. He just became strong because of some ddeath reaper granting his wish in "Tensura" of all novels. Interesting because of the unique cconcepts and skills. Contradictory because almost the world's principles of the Tensura world was totally neglected. This is one of my issues with most Tensura authors. They like to nerf Veldanava and the Cardinal world simply because it was shown in the manga, novel and anime. Veldanava for All that is holy, is a multiversal level being, A Will that was born and from that will came Creation. A being on par with The One Above All and The Presence. Who's gonna say he reincarnated in the Marvel or DC world and became strong that he could rival the later two? No one that's who, but because Veldanava was made mention numerous times and was also "killed", authors find it easier to undermine him. That's good and all if this was an AU so, oh well. Read this if you're into OP MC breaking the established understanding you already have in The Tensura world, Veldanava is a Tier Zero being, he is someone that gave up omnipotence and omniscience and was still so strong that and awakened Guy was one shotted by him. And oh, he hasn't given control of the world over to The voice of the world yet, he did so when he decided to come down and flex. Author even made it so that Yuta's Ultimate skill could drag Authority with Veldanava that had Origin Skills. Meh

Is that so? Being able to create a Multiverse didn't do so? I seem to realize that at the very least, TOAA uses his Celestial to create Universes but Veldanava did it and created a Multiverse on a sitting. Perhaps it's just me that doesn't have a clear understanding of Multiversal level beings so..

Strictly speaking Toaa and Presence are High Boundless while Veldnava is High complex Tier 0 there is simply no comparision between Toaa and Veldnava due to the sheer cosmology of Marvel/Dc but Veldnava could just as well be stronger because of the VOTW an entity that basically one shotted all his powers while he was High complex 1A . My opinion is that Veldnava might reach Mid Boundless or Low at least because of the lack of Info about him other than creation feats or sealing of Ivaraje another Tier 0 being may ccount

Nah dude Rimiru is 1B in Vol19 with IP and based on normal calculation and tensura cosmology Veldnava is easily high Tier 0 Boundless is possible but it is theorised only before the creation of VOTW in canon after Veldnava descended he gave up his omniscience omnipotence and omnipresense but his powers were still accesible VOTW found his love for Milim and Her mother Unfair to the world and Deemed him unnecesary and an Error , Veldnava was unable to survive even after recovering the three Os and used almost all of his power and Soul to change the system so that Milim does not get erased by the world . Later with his power lost he was killed by humans in a village when milim was away .
