ItzMenace12:First let me ask what do you mean, when you say 'Villains'......Then I can answer your question

yoyoman:like kingpin green goblin and all villains that does bad things to children and family

ItzMenace12:oh so you mean the big bads then....I see..then yes some will be killed and some will 'escape' for story sake.....but most of the time he kill the big bad villains if he has the chance to kill them....but when it comes to petty criminals like purse snatchers and stuff he will just shoot to maim. I hope that answers your question... :)
