it comes from "The Strange Talent of Luther Strode" a six issues comic wich present it and then leads to "The Legend of Luther Strode" before the next "The Legacy of Luther Strode" it's a trilogy of comics with a total of 18 issues. It's really interesting so I recommend reading it!
