in fact, the more you read, the more you understand what I mean, there are several levels after the kingdom back to the void, and so far "we know" that the acting head of the sect of mc has 3 kingdoms more than the mc... not to mention the FC... and still it's vague... maybe when it will precede three major royams we will say that there are still 3 other more royams left... I am at the chapter 875

I agree, the MC is so bland, I'm happy my life is more exciting than his. And us fellow daoists are not cultivators.

I quite like the fact that MC's life is bland. Its a breath of fresh air from other novels in which MCs try to keep a low profile, only to get forced into a situation where they have to reveal their cultivation in front of thousands of people and get praised for being such a genius by the peanut gallery. I've read the raws upto chapter 1170 and quite like the slow-burn romance going on with FMC. Though its pretty much confirmed nothing will happen till he reaches her cultivation level, it'll be really great when it finally happens since she's been mostly quite stoic about it till now.

I've read until the latest chapters in raw and for the kind attention of all reader's who are here for romance better look for another currently I'm at 1100plus chapters in raw and the novel is the same as always the mc is the same tool for female lead and there is only planting different trees and doing menial task for the female lead and their is little to nothing that's changed in their relationship offcourse the female lead has shown more caring for the mc but nothing great has happened. It's a great read for people who are simply great up reading about the regular eastern shot and cultivation genre as this novel thanks a different slow paced approach for those people who want a slight change in pande this is the perfect novel

Lol. Trying to live an 'exciting' life in a cultivation world means death in 99.99% of scenarios without the plot armor of Xianxa novel protagonists. The life of this MC is much less 'flavorful' compared to other protagonists. But his way of living is by far one of the smartest I've seen in such novels. Ofc, the author keeps throwing random problems at him for no reason. But that doesn't change the fact that only people like him can survive such a world long enough. And he has many interesting friends and close acquaintances. The spirit beast and Xiao Li make his life far more interesting and less boring than others. I don't see how you think his life is "boring and without anything". There are also Liu Xingchen, Mu Qi, Miao Tinglian, and a bunch of other interesting side characters I don't remember their names. All these characters are introduced fairly quickly in the beginning and they are all interesting characters. He doesn't also 'avoid' getting close to them or anything. It's not like he's seeling himself under the ground without speaking or trying to get close to a single living being. Ofc, we don't always see him going around talking to these characters. That's because all the parts about his 'normal daily life' are usually skipped as time skips (which is a big positive point for me. I would have dropped this novel if the author had added tons of useless conversations between them just to increase the word count). Anyway, my point is that although MC does focus on cultivation the most, I don't understand why you think nothing flavorful is going on in his life.
