A weakness doesn’t lower potential

All of the strongest characters in one piece, have either Paramecia, Zoan or none. Logia become the weakest of the three types in the new world

Well i wouldnt say that but yeah i dont see much potential in Smokers smoke fruit. I think its at the bottom of the Logias. Only the seamo might be worse.

His potential is definitely not unlimited considering that he has the weakess Logia of all. Only the swamp fruit may be worse.

I mean the best logia users are the admirals, which i won't put them in the strongest in category. The only exception i can think of is blackbeard, and his DF might also turn out to be another mythical zoan.

Well i dont think Admirals have been given enough spot light to truly show what they can do. The war of the best was cool but that was before Haki was properly set up so power scaling is a huge problem.

Romance?

It actually does if the character cant solve/overcome it. depending on how its defined/written smoke smoke fruit could be overpowered if there isnt a BSNerf. Its a literal Logia which can be classsified as air and could be develiped similar to ceasar clown and he was pretty BS considering he actually isnt a fighter bit a pretty dedicated scientist

That’ what I mean potential is more of the characters ability to overcome their own obstacles. Potential being unlimited does not mean no weakness just that they have the abillity to grow past it.
