Review Detail of JManM in Code Geass FF

There is very little understanding of Code Geass in this story, and that bothered me, but my biggest gripe was how aimless the protagonist was. In a dozen chapters there was never any kind of declared or implied purpose for the MC. He just floated around like a jellyfish. You did a good job creating a sense of progression over the decades, and for a bit you showed that you can stay in the pocket and deliver meaningful character interaction, but you ran afoul of starting a story over a century before the source start and then wanting to rush to that start without altering anything. It made Alister very impactless, almost neutered as a protagonist.

in fact, many things have already changed, only the characters didn't, also the mc does have an aim Wanting mech battles is already a good aim you know, because for me, it is so.

For a story it isn't. look at any successful book ever. they have a clear and impactful goal they strive for and face difficulties to achieve. not, make robot.haha. fight robot. haha. boom. yay.

Thanks, that helps me know to avoid this; aimless I can deal with but a mech loving otaku who devotes their lifes purpose to mech fighting? No thanks.

Nah, the mc is humane enough to not have just one goal in life, the Mecha thing is just his current goal, It's just like how some people list out some things they wanna do

Not, it is not. A person's first priority is their well-being.

it's like someone wanting to build a DYI computer and he ended up becoming a semi-professional in the middle of it. I just dont know if this is an apt example though lol

Well I know that is post is like years ago but the comment the just making robot and battling with them is not a concept then why are you here? ?? My friend CG is like 50% - 70% about that. And maybe mech touch is not famous back then but surely their are some novel with just those two concept as their core right?
