Review Detail of Barnacleboy in Pokemon: Master of Poison

I mean it had a great plot. Kids parents die and they get sent to war from a young age. When it comes to the system for pokemon it seems well thought out. The stories pacing is pretty good. you would think its a really good novel but the MC is unrealistic. One second hes talking about his life story and getting bullied by kids then he says hes gunna kill em. like dude your a grown man in a kids body. why is he so petty?(kid killing isnt entertaining nor would it be fulfilling and a sain adult knows this) another example is that hes talking about how he wants to meet professor oak but cant find him. Next second he says that in the future hell come back to kidnap him to basically make him his own slave. Alright now i was just enjoying the novel and a few of these i could just dust off but after a while I seriously dont think anyone other than a psychopath or a sociopath could resinate with the mc. i just dont really get it and would hope the auther drops all this cringe mentality like hes never lived on earth like the reincarnater hes supposed to be.Sooner the better otherwise how will readers connect with other characters if mc cant even have a proper conversation without a hidden motive. And hopefully this will be solved by the end of his trial where he has to kill another clan member and can maybe even serve as charater development .Seriously, it would have been a great novel if not for the mc being so emo and non caring about the poeple around him. I will continue reading until auther drops, or the mc doesnt change his character by the end of the trial or it just gets to cringe to read. Thx you for reading this and i hope that others will give the novel a shot and maybe youll have a different perspective.

Thanks for the review. The MC is really petty which was in his system since the start. As for his morality, he's changing if you noticed it starting from Liz's injury but it doesn't mean he'll change immediately. It's a process and everyone can't change from being petty to being generous. No one does that. It will take awhile for the MC to develop unless you wanted a robot who can completely change after a second. Also if you have noticed, he is starting to care for Liz and even Gerald. I started to show it not talk about it. Other readers told me to do this so I followed this writing style.
Im just saying this novel would have been great if you had kept the mc away from things like child abuse . it really is too late now and tbh its whatever but i promise most new readers you get will drop by chapter 69 because of what you wrote in that chapter. including child abuse, threats, taking children as slaves.
