there....are literally no chapters after 4 months, by that i mean story chapters, its all just notes for ideas and no actual content

I have no clue how that could make a good storyline though having it set in a superhero heavy world like Marvel and having it be more comedy and nobody really bothers them besides to buy food sounds good.. Like villains and heros just have to stand each other's presence or no food..
