Is it a religious school? I've heard that happens in religion aligned colleges, but I've never heard of a public university paid by taxes and tuition that does that... totally possible, but I'd be even more disappointed if it was a public college.

Just think, when they are old and vulnerable the daughter they picked will be taking care of them. That's a hell on earth I hope they enjoy soon.

Dehydrated people's pee is super concentrated and though it doesn't have the ammonia smell, it has a strong smell. Fresh or old, different smells, but still strong.
