So, you can just imagine it as a most vicious curse, so powerful that he himself incapable of even put a finger on it and unable to see it as a problem. And since no one gives him matter of corse speeches like: "Bruh, don't your dumb mind comprehend that she's in love with you?", it's on some point even started getting on my nerves. Momentarily he few times caught a glimpse of this but it's swiftly blocked by his mind.
