He is an ass! He has been an ass the entire book!

He needed that reminder to take away some of that arrogance. I think he is having a hard time accepting that his daughter played hardball with him.

When they were on campus and she saw him with his bio mom I kind of assumed he was not supposed to be around her. And possibly a little jealousy on Laurel’s part.

She’s going on this soliloquy as if she is the victim in all of this. She can’t even be honest with herself. No accountability whatsoever.
