Koraidon does resist electric because of its secondary typing of dragon therefore the Thundershock is not very effective and only dealing ½ of the original damage

Koraidon is a Dragon and Fighting so no and also being a legendary doesn't mean you can learn a specific move like Water Dance and also the only move Koraidon have that remotely close to it and that is Ice Fang the only move that close to water or frozen water
