Well, at first, I was going to give him a main human form but then decided that doing that defeats the purpose of him, you know, being a beast. So now, he only uses the human form in towns or cities. More convenient

The Adventurers guild ranks their members like that. They just haven't encountered that yet. Once they do, the system will change the rankings. Right now it has only uses the beast rankings on everyone due to Zion being a beast.
