lizard? are you stating that Pyro is a lizard, or claiming something is spelled wrong. I am quite confused.

No, they changed it to be a 25% boost for 1 state evolution lines and 50% for mons that can still evolve

There will be no harem, and definitely no UA. He’s in England not Japan ano the story will be very different with basically none of the main characters even being mentioned. I also find that when too many powers are introduced it gets messy and overbearing, so training his body, using Aegislash as a weapon, and summoning Pokemon will be all the abilities Lance will use

Evolves at 36, the whole team is at 35
This was a large amount of evolutions which happened within a relatively short period of time, and at the end of the year, Lance's entire team had reached level 35. It could have been even higher than this, but a positive encounter interrupted him quite a bit. - L_6_21yrBalas cockroach1523

Yes, although I think most shinier are cooler than the actual colourings which is the main reason they’re shiny.

He searched through the list despite having an idea of the Pokemon which he wanted to have. He did not plan on having any legendary Pokemon as it would more than likely be a boring life surrounded by Gods, and after a while of looking he made his final choices. - L_6_21yrBalas jeremy_van_beugen

Why?
Lance had chosen to evolve Eevee into a Leafeon, as it was his favourite Eeveelution and he wanted to have one as a companion in the real world. Lance unsummoned Leafeon before going outside to begin training his new Pokemon alongside his original six, and himself of course.
