No that is canon he killed the zombie and he was bit so he chose to be killed as a human

Uh it just said that people are dying and getting back up so that automatically gos to zombies for a normal person

Hilda is at least tier 5 because she froze time in the world when he left for batoom or however that is called and I wanna say they are stronger because of the powers they can give and they can change whole worlds and plots so they can be tier 4 at lower levels and tier low to mid 3 and the highest but any higher is unlikely
