alien x is technically not a transformation per say, it is more like a place exist outside of ben 10 narrative when ben becomes alien x his consciousness go to this void and what we see is just a avatar in the timeline like a reflection .

no she won't, if she did then characters like dr Manhattan, superboy prime , Lucifer Morningstar and many characters who frequently revive people and change timeline won't exist. read comics and tell me how many times you have seen superman being revived after getting killed, hell the entire black lantern storyline would not have happened if endless have stopped it . death don't give a shit about reviving people because she know eventually everything will enter her domain .
