Me too, after i left it for a year i came back to see if there was some progress but nothing. I see repeated chapters with different people (like reusing old chapters to deal with those characters). I'm still waiting the downfall of her ex-boyfriend but all i see are new villains and the FL doing nothing to them (she's like collecting villains), if it continues like this i'll gonna start to dislike the FL for her modus operandi :(

They are really brainless. I mean why those authors use Africa as some kind of a garbage country to punish? Not only that, when they write a character which used to live in the countryside and extra characters thinks that she/he is a country bumpkin who doesn't know anything and blah blah other things?! I'll pay everything to live in the wild surrounded by the nature. So yes, they are idiots (not all of em) because, before giving your judgement, u have to experience it. But for them only money counts🙄

300 chapters and still no sign of ML. I read that the ex husband is not the Ml, but i'm starting to thing that he is 💢. In one chapter, Gu Dai told Su Ting about her dream where there's a man whom she can't remember and Su Ting was kind of allarmed when he listened to her story. So MY theory is: he's the ex-husband with a different personality OR a man she loved who passed away (hopefully not). This is the first time i read a novel where the jerk ex-husband appear in every chapter to stay with FL and not the girl he choose to marry (something that many stupid exes do even though they now about the white lotus 'fiancees' act). Anyway i'm still praying that our Ml is gonna come to get our Gu Dai.🙏🛐
