There's very little reason why Viltrumites wouldn't be able to use freeze/super breath - it's just Superman blowing really hard lol. There's a bunch of physics behind why he can do it but long story short, Viltrumites should be able to do that as well. And by Bio-Electric Aura, do you mean Superman's ability to lift stuff without it collapsing under it's own weight? Or do you mean his ability to fly around with people in his arms and they're protected by the aura which stops them from being torn apart by the high-speed? Because Viltrumites can do the former and the latter isn't really that important on an individual basis i.e good for heroes but not necessary for fights. Super Flare is something unique to Kryptonians though, I'll give you that.

That place is weak as hell outside of the Celestials or someone who's wielding the Infinity Gauntlet. There are little to no planet-busters in the MCU whereas most the villains in the Power Rangers verse are Large Planet Busters.
