Well since I finished most of the Naruto Fanfics and lost hope that I won't find any other good ones. I stumbled upon this one and it far exceeded my expectations. This fanfic is clearly one of the most awesome fanfics I ever read. Everything is beautifully done, the comedy and actions and all. So a perfect 5 from me.

Yeah I get that a lot as this is my first story ever, but there are some real changes from vol 2 chap 1. Where I made it clear why he is so arrogant. Afterall earning that much private points is no small feat. Also to your counter, even though the oc is arrogant he actually helped Hirata here, and like Koenji he has the ability to back his arrogance is all I would like to say for now...
