I have seen something almost similar only difference is one is just words and yours is a real simulation. Have u taken a example events and skills from them? If it is please dont. Also giving too many op skills or uncompatible skills with ninja's distrupts story unless they compatible with ninja's.

It all depends on simulation system and depends on rewards. There is one Uchiha simulation system that user obtains sharingan becomes as good as genin before even academy and graduates at opening day. Dont make such silly mistakes.
