Humans are weaker in the same level but not so weak that a advanced mage cant kill a servant class with his fists. If not then monsters like vampires wont use magic to kill them but assasinate them by throwing a rock at sonic speeds. A sniper can kill forbidden mages. Also, to kill monsters they have to go through much worse like being covered in gore is normal. And considering that a mage needs have good control over his emtions to cast spells. How the hell is he losing his sanity from just this? In such a world it should be no problem for a high mage to get multiple modles. As cities like Bo city normally wont hold up against him and his squad if their was another commander than Zhan Kong.
