he's talking about durability. the first 3 Regi's are tanky while the last 2 are Glass cannons.
That Regice is on another level compared to Regileki and Regidrago. Sure, they were powerful as hell, but they were glass cannons. An explosion from Golem would deal tons of damage to them and leave them vulnerable.

are they Regidrago/Leki? Only Duo of Glass Cannons before Gen9 that can be affected by Explosion.
...There's a pair of legendaries I can get easy access to and might be able to bring down in one fell swoop with Golem's explosion. They were powerful, incredibly so. But were glass cannons.

So if someone didn't have the Dao of training, they'd need 3 weeks to get permanently crippled.
The only reason he had not crippled himself was because of the Law of Training. Limit Breaking Training was like rolling a 20-sided die. If you rolled 15~20, you'd have gains. If you rolled 8~14, you'd have gains, but also injuries. If you rolled 2~7, you'd have injuries and no gains. And if you rolled a 1, you would have permanently injured yourself. And those were generous odds. In Anime Worlds where Training Montages were a thing, it was the Law of Training that heavily skewed these numbers to prevent the Main Character from getting crippled and allowing for fast gains.
