The character is a blathering idiot that just blurts out what he plans to do next and should realize that he should keep his mouth shut about things he know would be bad to say but does it anyway. Once again, this is just my hatred of this trope and has nothing to do with your story and my opinion shouldn't matter, this is your story to manipulate, I just don't like that trope from these reincarnated or transmigrated stories.
