That is really stupid in this world. This is a world in which these simulators are meant to help hunters deal with and kill monsters. Adding a no kill rule is really stupid.

Even in a world filled with real monsters, humans will never truly unite. There will always be people who want to take down the people at the top to make them self's the leaders or to just destroy everything.
