It's pretty easy to forget, And the whole Rinnegan arc with Hagaromo was filler, though it is actually Canon. The reason why the MS doesn't become the Rinnegan is sort of because Hagaromo has Six Paths Chakra which can only really be obtained from combining Uchiha DNA with the Senju and potentially Uzumaki but we've never seen this happen before thus nobody else has this. You see, I try to keep my systems in line with Canon as closely as possible. (Though I have since realised that Kage Bunshin does actually just take half of you Chakra, I will not change that here.) The main thing I added was the Jutsu Creation scrolls... which I might actually want to show how they work soon. They have a drawback of always having hand seals to them. And those Hand Seals stick as the Jutsu is mastered.

I mean, it's pretty much the only way she can rid herself of the MS's blindness. (Sage Mode halts the progression of it, but does not evolve the eyes into the Rinnegan as the blood able to do that is far too gone)

How does she have this? The Rinnegan is not the Mangekyo, and most Mangekyo's have different abilities. Susanoo is fine as we see it used by the Sage of Six Paths, when he got his, but he's the only example of it, and that's a filler Arc.
