Was just about to start reading so thanks for saving me some time lmaoooo
I think this story is pretty solid and a very chill read. It's pretty much exactly as the synopsis says, an OP MC going from nothing to a broken player. The only caveat I have so far thats becoming rapidly more annoying is the HEAVY lean on constanting using the 'misunderstanding' cliche. The first couple I ignored but im starting to just roll my eyes now whenever it happens now and sadly, it drives all of the primary "conflict" atm. Still worth the read but im hoping this annoying stuff gets cleared up soon.
I will say, although I'm enjoying it, it does seem extremely stupid that you either have to escape or let yourself get killed to avoid being labeled as a PKer even if it was self defense.
or maybe he running while reading?
Overall I would suggest giving the novel a try but there are some caveats. A lot of the beginning is a bit clunky and some stuff is just straight up retconned/contradictory. It gets better, but was a bit annoying. This is more of like a 'shut your brain off and enjoy' type of novel so far; personally I'm going to continue it.
Review From Chapter 119: Honestly, this novels development shocked me. I was quite annoyed at the first 20-25 chapters because pretty much nothing of significance happened. I kept reading primarily because I saw some comments saying it gets way better and they were 100% right. I would say it really starts to take off around chapter 50 when the forrest situation happens and it just gets better and better from the on. I can say I definitely recommend giving this novel a try.
you find out yet?
Read all the free chapters, nothing special but definitely good enough to sink some time into if you some have a novel to read. Most of these comments only read 4 or 5 chapters so take them with a grain of salt.
permanently or just a plot device type of thing? haven't read since when Gustav spared his brother was spared at the training facility?
The story gets more action packed and "bloodthirsty" as the story progresses. Without spoilers, let's just say the line between heroes and villians becomes razor thin.
