Just Give your island .1x gravity type of thing and suddenly your floating up then switch to .3x once you get like 5000 Feet up and your fine as long as you make it's internal gravity heavier than it's external also for movement create gravitational pulls 3 months of devil fruit training and your solid 1/2 a month due to the Amplification devil fruit also if you use it right

I don't have a problem with you making OC Monster races But when you make a Floor 4 monster suddenly start spawning on floor 2 But your making an intelligence near existing race monster not to mention you removed war shadows that serve pretty much that exact same purpose a shadow assassin that strikes super fast and if blocked pretty much is trash
