Do you want to add Mikasa? I think that if she and Eren hadn't known each other as kids, it would be difficult for her to develop romantic feelings for anyone other than him. However, you could build a development between her and the MC based on the idea that Mikasa's feelings for Eren are simply those of an overprotective sister. After all, she enlisted in the military because she was following him.
