Now that I think about it, it makes no sense that Shield has no idea about magicians and such. In DxD, even the USA government has some magicians and Sacred Gear users in their ranks. Shield shouldn't be this incompetent or easily messed with. Stealing the tesseract should NOT be this easy.

To be fair, pretty much everyone in dbz has some form of psychic powers. Goku legit read Krillin's mind and his explanation for how he learned it was "idk bro i just tried it out" so... My theory is that psychic powers are spiritual and Ki is also spiritual so there's some sort of link between psychics and talented Ki users. If we were talking magic though? Then I'd agree with you.
