This is the final version I will be uploading. Prior to this, due to a few issues, I had to reupload and change a few details. What changes to expect? Well character names, the tonality and maybe style in a few chapters. Other than that, I think I've cleaned it up better than expected. I've obviously changed the novel title as well. You're right! I believe in "show, don't tell" as well. Honestly, the balance between the two gets a little vague. Mainly due to: 1) When it comes to showing, the image varies amongst the readers; telling, however, is the author forcing an image, which generally causes a sense of blandness. 2) I think there are instances where both should be used, I'm trying to work on that balance hahaha. About the references, it's kind of funny but the initial chapters for this novel were written a while back (2022ish?) I didn't think it was fair to remove the references, although I did try to polish them up. I think you should find an improvement on the subtlety (hopefully) as the chapters progress. I understand where you're coming from. When I came up with it, I felt the same as well. I'm experimenting a lot with the plot which isn't really good, but I have a feeling it's pretty solid? The convoluting part is why I uploaded 4 chapters ahaha. Also I'm glad you enjoyed Unlucky Player. Thank you for letting me know! I can catch these errors early on and try to tweak them. I hope you let me know (in the later chapters) how you feel about this.

Author's Note: I decided to upload the first four chapters at once considering the rather confusing nature of them. I believe it will all make sense once youve read till chapter four. Give it a shot! It is unfortunate, but Unlucky? Player is on hiatus and I'm not sure when I'll start serializing that one. Currently, my energy is focused on this novel and I hope to provide quality content moving forward. There will be mistakes, there will be disagreements, but if it helps I take pride in adapting, so you can bet that I'll learn from what didn't work. Personally, I think this novel is worthy of my time and energy purely due to what went into its creation. If you like humor, and a sort of running commentary going on, this might be for you. I've tried balancing the elements, there's plenty of action I have planned, most importantly, I urge you guys to try and guess the plot ;) I will not be deleting any negative comments (unless they're trolls or non constructive). I understand if you didn't like the story, but just give it a fair shot. The one advantage this novel has that my first didn't is that I have a certain amount of experience now. I believe it reflects in my writing style and content, if you disagree then I can always learn more ;) I try my best to reply to most chapter and paragraph comments, interacting with the readers is always delightful, especially to see what kind of opinions of theories you guys may have. I know most authors do a Pro's/ Con's list on their reviews. I don't think I'll be doing that for this one. Rather I can just tell you that the Pro's are that I have no expectations on how this will do. In fact, this novel is a platform that allows me to get creative with a certain amount of structure to it. Yessir, Im working on quality over quantity. Apologies. I can't get myself to mass-produce average chapters. I know it's not a lot but you can expect at least 10 new chapters to come out some time soon!
