It was great at the start and it seemed like the MC was making progress and growing as a person and that's when the story came to the relationships part and started a whole drama of everyone falling for him and him being ambiguous and the whole thing was just a big loop of nothing happening, feels more like the author is just trying to stretch the story and it's getting really stale. I'm sorry I had to drop it but the grammar is alright I guess.

This sounds like a chinese fanfic, if it is please at least credit the original (by mentioning the original chinese name or a link to the mtl/raws in your synopsis) else it just comes off as disingenuous like you're trying to take credit for someone else's work.
