Too many random happenings that get casually explained after the fact. If switching sides made these two who were WAY behind Midas before into such powerhouses, then it would’ve been nice to receive more story on that end
But Midas was sure that it was not Tier 2 or Tier 3 Energy Formation… It must be Tier 4. That means that Link could somehow activate Tier 4 Energy Formations. How was that even possible? However, if Link still loved Fakuyna after what she did to him and the others, Link would obviously either try to save her or go with her. If he tried to save Fakuyna, Midas would get Link to relinquish his Skills and still kick her out using some excuse. She wanted to attend to Midas and see his condition but before she could do that, she felt a suppressive force hold her down, which elicited a grunt of pain out of her as her knees hit the floor. What fun would that be 😂 naw, but seriously, I also considered that. The medjay in this story are just pharaonic police. Many view the police as the good guys, the protectors, but many more view police as power-hungry gangsters with badges who kill without consequence...which is true? Well, two things can be true. It's all about perspective. Jody may be an envoy for Anubis, but the pharaoh of death isn't the only one invested.
