Dungeon diving is all about grinding and repetition. The deeper floors means fighting hordes of monster and is not necessarily tied to individual monsters strength. This is why the progression is slow even with familia's that have multiple high ranked adventurers. So the buff provided by hunter becomes a lot more apparent in deeper floors, there is a reason it is rare and can only be gotten at level 2.

It should normally but mind can be used without falna though limited, additionally I am assuming that the mind stat does not reflect on status board till there is an occupied magic slot.

The gods aren’t the only ones who will likely stop the dungeon from being destroyed. For one, the dungeon is a source of many rare resources so it’s destruction will hurt the interest of many especially adventurers. Additionally not all gods feel the same way about it’s destruction. There is also the fact that no one knows how deep the dungeon is or if it can actually be destroyed by a mortal. Level 10 may also not be the limit of adventurers too and finally, the dungeon is still growing. Too many variables at play.
