Honestly, I think he will be romantic but right now he's so focused on making a home for Erin and getting everything stabilized so a coup like that doesn't happen again, that he isn't being romantic. But let's be honest, in some way it was hot him knowing what he wanted but respectfully staying within boundaries and not being the hot creep trying to paw at her and seduce her.
