Yes, but in the way that his body is able to handle God-Speed Impulse, since with a normal body, moving at borderline supernatural speeds would damage the body. Here the MC won't receive these problems, but using the ability for extended period of time can lead to fatigue. For example, Kise in highschool when he copied Aomine, he injured his leg due to the speed and stamina needed just to move as fast as Aomine and he was extremely tired by the end of the match. The MC won't have any problems with the physical part just he can get tired. Like Murasakibara even with his physical talent wasn't able to jump anymore at the end of the match.
